Well, you had better dust off those crochet hooks because we need you to help us make another 1000 flowers!
The Ravensthorpe Regional Arts
Council has been successful in its bid to take Homespun to Kalgoorlie in
October for the national Regional Arts Australia Summit! How exciting to get those panels on the road
and hand out flowers to a cohort of national and international artists and arts
workers! We are really getting on the
map!
We are in the process of
organising more wool, buttons and hooks but please, if you have some on hand
then don’t wait, start today and get those flowers cranking!
Wool can be recycled from old projects
such as jumpers and rugs or, if newly purchased, 100% Australian wool please.
Finished flowers can be handed in
to the Hopetoun or Ravensthorpe CRC’s.
